Returns Policy

Any sale items bought from our remaining sale day stock are non returnable. A member of staff with contact you via email to confirm this before your order is dispacthed.
Please note we may take a little longer to dispatch sale orders.
Please allow 7-10 working days.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days for full price items or 14 days for discounted items from receipt for a full refund or exchange as long as it is unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached (where applicable) and in a resalable condition.

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or refund you using the original payment method that was used when the purchase was made. We are not able to refund any return postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges for UK Mainland. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage as we are not responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our store. Any items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept your return.

If you try to make a return out with these dates, we will send it back to the original delivery address. If you are having any problems returning your order, please get in touch.

Please include a note with your name and order number and any information about an exchange or whether you would like a refund.

Please note this returns policy applies to items bought online. For items purchased in store & click & coleect orders you may return any item within 28 days for full price items for an exchange or credit note only. Sale items are non-returnable. Credit notes are valid for 1 year from issue date.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed in our system. Payment will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the item/items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods Damaged In Transit

In the event of a product being damaged on receipt we should be notified and it should be returned for our inspection immediately.

Under no circumstances should an item be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Before a replacement or refund can be issued the product must be inspected as it may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
